Purpose
AIFRA will host periodic webinars and seminars featuring invited speakers on hot topics and pressing challenges in regulatory governance. These digital events offer accessible learning and discourse opportunities in between annual conferences.
Format
90-120 min webinars will include a 40-60 min presentation followed by moderated Q&A discussion. Seminars bring together 3-4 speakers for panel discussions or masterclasses. Sessions are open to the public but recordings and materials are accessible only to members.
Speakers
AIFRA will draw from its global network of academics, practitioners and partners to invite recognized experts and rising voices to lead sessions. Emphasis will be given to African perspectives. Members can also nominate topics and speakers.
CPD Points
Participation in live webinars and seminars earns 1 CPD point each towards AIFRA credential maintenance, capped at 10 per year. Organizing or presenting accrues 5 points per activity.
Fees
- AIFRA members: Free
- Non-members: $30 per webinar / $100 per seminar
- Organizational subscription: $1000 annually for unlimited staff access
