AIFRA Credentialing Fee Structure

This fee structure aims to strike a balance between generating sufficient revenue to support a robust and high-quality credentialing process while keeping costs reasonable for aspiring regulatory professionals across Africa. The tiered fees based on credential level ensure that more experienced applicants, who likely have higher earnings potential, contribute proportionately to the costs of the more intensive evaluation required.

By transparently allocating fee revenue to key program areas like assessor compensation, administrative support, and ongoing development, AIFRA can maintain the integrity and sustainability of its credentialing system. The designated funding for Board oversight and organizational capacity building also ensures that the program remains aligned with AIFRA’s broader mission and strategic priorities.

Overall, this fee structure positions AIFRA to build a self-sustaining, high-impact credentialing program that advances regulatory workforce development and healthcare quality across Africa while equitably sharing costs among stakeholders.
